As well as the various Festivals the GDL organises, it also runs social events and occasional courses on lighting, make-up, acting etc. See below for what the GDL's up to in this area.
July 2007: The GDL continues to monitor demand for courses, and is currently working on assembling a range of courses to be run in 2007/2008, which will be aimed at the needs of members, as defined by the members themselves. These courses will be run in conjunction with the Drama Association of Wales. They'll be open to non-GDL members, but reduced fees are available to members of GDL-member groups, and individual members.
The Committee is currently mailing out questionnaires, seeking input from member groups about training requirements. Please complete and return these as soon as possible.
